【岗位职责】 1. Manage UGC content operations, including reviewing, curating, recommending, and organizing 3D creations to improve content quality and user experience. 2. Analyze high-performing user-generated content, identify content trends and user preferences, and provide insights to support content strategy optimization. 3. Support creator campaign operations, including submission review, selecting outstanding works, preparing content materials, and assisting campaign execution. 4. Build and maintain a UGC content library by categorizing creations based on style, theme, and other attributes, providing high-quality content for community and social media channels. 1. 负责平台 UGC 内容运营，包括 3D 作品审核、精选、推荐和内容整理，提升社区内容质量和用户体验。 2. 挖掘和分析优质用户作品，拆解高互动、高传播内容的特点，总结内容趋势和用户偏好，支持运营策略优化。 3. 参与创作者活动运营，包括投稿筛选、优秀作品整理、活动内容支持及宣传素材准备。 4. 建设和维护 UGC 内容库，根据作品风格、主题等进行分类管理，为社区及社交媒体渠道提供优质内容供给。 【任职要求】 1. Passionate about 3D, visual design, or digital art with strong aesthetic judgment and the ability to evaluate 3D creations. 2. Strong English reading skills with the ability to understand content from global communities such as ArtStation, X/Twitter, and Discord. 3. Familiar with AI products or AIGC tools, with an interest in AI creation and 3D generation. 4. Available for a minimum of 5 days per week for at least 3 months. Remote work is supported. Good to have： 1. Experience with 3D tools such as Blender, Unity, or Maya, or a background in 3D creation and digital art. 2. Experience in community operations, content operations, or social media management; active in AI/3D creator communities; basic data analysis skills are a plus. 1. 对 3D、视觉设计或数字艺术有兴趣，具备良好的审美能力，能够判断 3D 作品质量。 2. 英语能力良好，能够顺畅阅读海外社区内容，了解 ArtStation、X/Twitter、Discord 等平台生态。 3. 熟悉 AI 产品或 AIGC 工具，对 AI 创作、3D 生成等方向有兴趣，并愿意持续探索。 4. 每周实习4 天以上，持续 3 个月以上。 加分项： 1. 有 Blender、Unity、Maya 等 3D 工具使用经验，或具备 3D、数字艺术相关创作背景。 2. 有社区运营、内容运营、社交媒体运营经验，活跃于 AI/3D 创作者社区，具备基础数据分析能力。
