【岗位职责】 1.Assist the department head in analyzing and planning business proposals; 2.Participate in customer communication and track business progress; 3.Support the content development of the department management middle platform. 4.Assist the team in tracking leads from ecosystem partners and maintaining daily communication; 5.Assist in the construction of the middle-office information database (including lead updates, progress updates, etc.); 6.Customer lead sourcing. 1.协助部门负责人进行商务方案的分析与策划； 2.参与客户沟通及业务进展追踪； 3.支持部门管理中台的内容建设。 4.帮助团队跟进生态伙伴线索、维持日常沟通； 5.协助中台信息库建设（线索库更新、进度更新等）； 6.客户线索sourcing。 【任职要求】 1.Current students (undergraduate, master's, or doctoral level) from universities both domestically and internationally; 2.Hybrid work, with the offline location in Hangzhou; 3.Fluent in both Chinese and English (Japanese communication skills are a plus); 4.Excellent communication skills and team collaboration spirit. 1.海内外高校在读（本硕博均可）； 2.混合办公，线下地点为杭州； 3.中英文流利（日语沟通能力加分）； 4.优秀的沟通能力与团队协作精神。
