【岗位职责】 Job Responsibilities 1、KOL Collaboration:​ Assist in KOL screening and outreach, Pu Gongying (蒲公英) order placement, brief writing, post-launch follow-up, and data collection. 2、UGC Business Support:​ Responsible for recruiting UGC creators, ongoing community maintenance, content collection, and guiding creators on how to use Tripo. 3、Content & Material Creation:​ Assist creators in producing visual assets such as covers and poster-style images, and provide feedback on visual modifications. 4、Trend Tracking:​ Monitor AI and 3D-related trends and develop content directions, compile data, and produce weekly reports. 工作内容 KOL 合作：协助达人筛选建联、蒲公英下单、brief 撰写、发布跟进和数据回收。 UGC 业务支持：负责招募UGC、后续社群维护、内容回收，指导达人使用 Tripo。 素材制作：协助达人制作封面、大字报等图文素材，给出视觉修改意见。 热点追踪：跟进 AI、3D 相关热点并产出内容方向，整理数据输出周报。 【任职要求】 Qualifications 1、Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or a recent graduate; able to work on-site 5 days per week, with a 6-month internship preferred. 2、Familiar with the Xiaohongshu / Bilibili ecosystems, with a strong aesthetic sense, good internet culture awareness (网感), and the ability to quickly catch up with trending topics. 3、Proficient in AI tools, basic video editing, and design tools such as Figma and Canva; able to independently create covers and simple videos, with a good sense of design. (Familiarity with Blender is a plus.) 4、Interested in at least one of the following fields: AI tools, 3D printing, digital technology, or ACG culture; strong written communication skills and execution ability. 任职要求 本科在读或应届，每周到岗5天，可实习 6 个月优先。 熟悉小红书/b站生态，有审美，网感好，能快速跟热点。 熟练使用 AI 工具，会基础剪辑和 Figma、Canva 等设计工具，能独立做封面和简单视频，有一定审美。（会使用Blender为加分项） 对 AI 工具、3D打印、数码科技、二次元至少一个领域有兴趣，文字表达清楚，执行力强。
