【岗位职责】 We are looking for passionate Computer Science or Computer Engineering graduates to join our R&D team developing software for next-generation Optical Circuit Switch (OCS) systems used in AI, hyperscale data centers and high-performance computing (HPC) networks. This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in network system software development, Linux, SONiC, and Optical Circuit Switching products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop, test and maintain software for Optical Circuit Switch (OCS) products and related system applications. 2. Design and implement SONIC based network operating system, network communication and control interface (such as gNMI/gNOI), database, API, device drivers for the optical switch system control, device management, configuration, monitoring and diagnostics. 3. Support software integration, debugging, system verification and product validation. 4. Collaborate with hardware, FPGA, optical, electrical and test engineers to validate integrated product behaviour, troubleshoot and resolve system issues. 5. Develop automation tools and scripts to improve software testing, system validation and manufacturing efficiency. 6. Prepare software documentation, test reports and user guides. 7. Participate in continuous improvement of software quality, reliability and maintainability. 【任职要求】 Qualification: 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related discipline. 2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 3. Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C/C++, Python. 4. Good understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms and object-oriented programming. 5. Sound knowledge of Linux operating systems, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Ethernet) and software debugging. 6. Experience with scripting, automation or REST APIs. 7. Knowledge of SONiC, network operating systems, Redis, SAI, or network testbeds is a plus. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn new technologies. 9. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. 10. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Gitea. 11. Knowledge of AI/ML data center architectures and SDN paradigms.
