【岗位职责】 We are seeking young, talented and passionate electrical engineers to join our R&D team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing hardware solutions for next-generation optical transceiver and optical circuit switch. You will work on the design and development of complex hardware systems, including circuit board layouts, integrated components, and custom hardware accelerators, working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware with software and system architecture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and optimize electrical circuit for advanced optical module and optical circuit switch system, including component selection, schematic design, PCB layout for high performance applications. 2. Work with cross-functional teams (software, firmware, optical, signal processing) to define requirements and ensure system-level integration of hardware components. 3. Prepare design reviews, drive system/product design trade-offs and schedule. 4. Define and execute comprehensive test plans for hardware validation, including unit testing, integration testing, and system-level performance testing. 5. Troubleshoot hardware-related issues and support debugging of complex hardware systems to ensure product readiness. 6. Document hardware designs, specifications, test procedures, and results to ensure traceability and compliance with industry standards. 【任职要求】 Qualification: 1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 2. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. 3. Good understanding of analog and digital circuit fundamentals, high-speed signal transmission and PCB design principles. 4. Basic knowledge of communication systems, signal integrity or embedded systems is an advantage. 5. Familiarity with laboratory instruments such as oscilloscopes, power supplies and multimeters; experience with BERTs, VNAs or spectrum analyzers is a plus. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn new technologies. 7. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
