岗位职责： 1、参与公司重点项目推进，跟进项目计划、进度及关键事项； 2、协调跨部门合作，推动项目按计划落地； 3、负责项目资料、数据及行业信息的整理与分析； 4、合理使用 AI 工具提升信息整理、数据处理及方案输出效率； 5、根据项目安排参与其他专项工作。 1. Participate in the execution of key company projects, tracking project plans, timelines, and critical milestones. 2. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects are delivered on schedule. 3. Compile, organize, and analyze project-related documentation, data, and industry intelligence. 4. Leverage AI tools effectively to enhance efficiency in information aggregation, data processing, and solution development. 5. Undertake other ad-hoc assignments as required by project needs. 岗位要求： 1、2027届本科及以上学历应届毕业生； 2、英语六级及以上，具备良好的英文读写及沟通能力； 3、具备良好的沟通、组织协调及执行能力，有学生会、社团或项目组织经验者优先； 4、熟悉常用 AI 工具，并能够合理应用于学习或工作； 5、对医疗健康行业有兴趣，有医药、医疗、保险、健康管理等相关实习经历者优先； 6、学习能力强，主动负责，具备良好的逻辑思维。 1. 2027 Bachelor's degree or above graduates. 2. CET-6 or above, with strong English reading, writing, and communication skills. 3. Excellent communication, organizational coordination, and execution abilities. Prior experience in student councils, student clubs, or project coordination is preferred. 4. Familiarity with commonly used AI tools and the ability to apply them effectively in academic or professional settings. 5. Genuine interest in the healthcare industry. Internship experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, insurance, health management, or related fields is preferred. 6. Strong learning agility, proactive sense of ownership, and solid logical thinking skills.
