Work closely with architecture and RTL engineers to translate algorithms into hardware-friendly solutions and evaluate trade-offs among quality, performance, area, power, and memory bandwidth. 与架构和RTL工程师紧密合作，将算法转化为硬件友好的实现方案，并评估质量、性能、面积、功耗和存储带宽之间的权衡。 4. Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, graduating in 2027. 2027届硕士或博士毕业生，电子工程、计算机科学、通信工程、应用数学或相关专业。 2. Strong fundamentals in video coding, image processing, signal processing, algorithms, and data structures. 具备扎实的视频编码、图像处理、信号处理、算法和数据结构基础。 3. Good knowledge of one or more mainstream video coding standards, such as H.264/AVC, HEVC, AV1, or VVC. 熟悉H.264/AVC、HEVC、AV1或VVC等一种或多种主流视频编码标准。 4. Proficiency in C/C++; practical experience with Python, Linux development, debugging, and version-control tools is preferred. 熟练掌握C/C++；具备Python、Linux开发、调试及版本管理工具的实践经验者优先。 5. Ability to read technical papers and specifications, convert ideas into reproducible experiments, and analyze results quantitatively. 能够阅读技术论文和标准规范，将技术思路转化为可复现实验，并对结果进行定量分析。 6. Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English. 具备良好的问题分析与解决能力、团队协作能力，以及中英文书面和口头沟通能力。 Preferred Qualifications 加分项 1.
