Job Description: • Support the delivery of automation projects across the full lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and resource coordination with internal teams and customers • Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and prepare structured reports for stakeholders • Participate in customer and internal meetings to gather requirements and align on project objectives • Monitor on-site activities and support project managers in ensuring execution quality and timeline adherence • Assist in system integration, testing (SIT/UAT), and implementation activities • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and customs teams to ensure timely delivery to customer sites • Prepare project documentation, including handover materials, and support project closure and transition to maintenance • Maintain ongoing communication with customers to support long-term relationships and service quality • Use AI tools to assist in project planning, status reporting, and data analysis to improve efficiency and accuracy • Support the development and testing of AI-enabled tools for project tracking, reporting, and workflow automation Requirements •Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Robotic Automation, IT, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering •Knowledge of warehouse management, logistics solutions, 3PL, automation, or related fields •Business fluency in English, other European language is a plus •Excellent communication and presentation skill •Proficiency in AutoCAD, WMS, or other IT infrastructure • business travel frequently across EMEA region (up to 60-80% of the time) 招聘信息 校招职位 校招职位 社招职位 社招职位 关于我们 公司官网 公司官网 最新动态 最新动态 © 2026 极智嘉科技
