Responsibilities： 1.Support European Retail Events Execution Support the execution of key offline brand events and exhibitions across Europe in alignment with the brand strategy and annual regional event plan. Assist with regional or country-level product launches, product experience events, exhibitions, and other key projects. Work with country teams, headquarters, and external vendors to deliver creative spatial concepts and engaging product and brand display experiences. 2.Support Event Planning and Execution Participate in the execution of overseas exhibitions and brand events, including venue information collection, booth design support, booth build-up progress tracking, on-site inspection and handover support, and event execution. Assist in ensuring high-quality project delivery. Support post-event reviews by evaluating traffic, interactive experience, brand impact, and execution quality, and help continuously improve the overall brand experience. 3.Regional Retail POSM and Visual Image Design Management Based on the company’s visual identity guidelines, support the design and standardized management of retail POSM, in-store brand image, exhibition visuals, and brand display materials across Europe. Assist in establishing and implementing regional retail visual standards to ensure consistency in retail materials and brand image execution across different countries. Requirements： 1.Master’s degree or above, preferably in design or a related field. 2.Strong design sense and visual communication skills, with an interest in brand visuals, exhibition display, retail display, POSM materials, or spatial experience design. Relevant coursework, internship experience, or a portfolio is preferred. 3.Proficient in commonly used design and office tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Keynote, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of spatial or 3D design tools such as SketchUp, C4D, Blender, or AutoCAD is a plus. 4.Self-motivated, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and patient, with a strong sense of responsibility. 5.English can be used as a working language. Proficiency in either German or French is required. A portfolio is required for the interview.
