The main missions of the role are to: The Program Coordinator is assisting the Senior Program Manager of complex programs in their activities, from Program award until handover to productions site. Coordinate with program core team members, develop strong relationships and manage the ongoing negotiations with the customers as the official Faurecia representative. Prepare and update program plans and status reports Collect and update the Program documentation (Business Plan, Risks & Opportunities analysis, Program Dashboard, PLR (Program Launch Report), Launch Tracking Performance Report, and KPI indicators) for the Senior Program Manager regularly and conducts review meeting on these topics when necessary Support the Program Controller in the construction of the Initial Business Plan Manage and follow-up specific internal topics upon request from the Senior Program Manager (such as Prototype development and delivery) Support and monitor deployment of the Faurecia Program Management System (PMS) Organize documentation to ensure Program continuity and to contribute to knowledge management Ensure the compliance of Programs with Customer Quality systems, HSE, Safety and Regulation standards Participate in program performance & status review meetings and discussions Other tasks assigned by Line Manager Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in engineering, overseas background is preferred 0-3 years of experience in an industrial environment or product development Nice to have knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, design of experiment, 8D problem solving skills) Finance skills (master business plan calculation) Master Faurecia Program Management System (internal) or Program management knowledge in particularly in matrix organization (external) English fluent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a matrix organization Strong planning and organizing skills Accountability and transparency International mindset
