岗位职责Roles & Responsibilities： 负责为在华销售的林肯车型及福特进口车型，采购车辆维修保养所需的售后零部件，保障经销商门店维修保养有充足的零部件供应，同时控制采购成本。 • 管理供应商：维护前装件售后产品供应商的合作关系，并针对后市场开发福特售后品牌的高质低价产品和供应商 • 价格谈判：与供应商沟通价格、交货时间和合作条款，达成最优采购方案，并持续实现逐年降本 • 订单管理：及时在系统中维护好零部件采购订单，跟踪进度，确保产品的供应和上市 • 供应保障：与仓储物流、售后市场密切配合，提前响应供应风险，保障零部件供应顺畅 • 质量把控：配合质量团队，监督零部件质量，确保供应商积极处理质量问题导致的售后服务风险 • 策略分析：整理供应链数据和成本信息，制定售后产品开发策略 • Job Overview: Responsible for purchasing aftersales parts used for maintenance and repair of Lincoln and Ford imported vehicles sold in China, ensuring dealers have sufficient parts supply while managing the costs • Supplier Management: Maintain relationships with OE-sourced aftersales parts suppliers, and develop high-quality, low-cost aftermarket products and suppliers for the Ford aftersales brand • Price Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals, while driving year-over-year cost reduction • Order Management: Maintain parts purchase orders in the system in a timely manner and track progress to ensure product supply and launch • Supply Risk Management: Work closely with warehousing/logistics and aftersales teams, proactively responding to supply risks to ensure smooth parts supply • Quality Control: Work with the quality team to monitor parts quality and ensure suppliers actively address quality issues that pose aftersales service risks • Strategy Development: Maintain supply chain data and cost information to develop aftersales product strategies 任职要求Qualifications & Skills Required: 学历及专业要求Education & major requirement • 学士或更高学位——商业管理专业学科，如商业研究、经济学、供应链管理 • 优先研究生学历(如工商管理硕士) • Bachelor’s Degree or higher – ideally in a relevant subject e.g. Business Studies, Economics, Supply Chain Management • Post-graduate qualifications highly regarded (e.g. MBA) 领导技能 Leadership Skills • 良好的沟通技巧和团队精神 • 良好的抗压能力 • 良好的商业头脑 • 工作条理清晰，责任心强，主动担当 • Strong communication skills with team spirit • Ability to work under pressure • Good business acumen • Well organized and strong ownership 专业技能Functional/Technical Skills • 有市场和商业的战略思维 • 良好的倾听、善于建立关系、解决冲突 • 跨部门和地区合作中的有效项目管理 • 优秀的展示和沟通技巧 • Demonstrates strategic thinking • Strong soft skills: Listening, building relationships, conflict resolution • Effective Project Management in cross-functional and regional cooperation • Strong presentation development and communication skills 申请职位 允许3个月内投递1个职位，请选择适合的职位进行投递
