岗位职责Roles & Responsibilities： • 深度参与动力系统研发全路线，围绕设计、开发、质量管控、集成测试四大方向，立足性能优化与跨部门协同，推动技术突破与产品竞争力提升 Deeply engagement in the full powertrain system R&D process covering design, development, quality control and integrated testing, drive technical leadership and product competitiveness via performance optimization and cross-team collaboration • 遵循问题管理流程与问题解决方法，协同工程团队推进问题闭环解决 Deliver close-loop issue resolution with Engineering teams by ensuring conformance to issues management procedures and problem solving techniques • 对接零部件供应商，协助跟进样件试制、基础工艺确认、工程签收、量产交付等，同步反馈开发过程中的基础问题 Connect with suppliers, work in prototype trial production, process validation, engineering sign-off and mass production delivery, and feed back development issues timely • 支持团队在公司标准体系框架之内整理、收集、汇报动力部门产品开发进度和状态，了解、参与、学习全新车型项目的全开发管理流程 Support the team to organize and report powertrain development progress under company standards framework, and learn the full development workflow of new vehicle projects 任职要求Qualifications & Skills Required: • 机械或者车辆相关专业的本科生及以上 Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical / Automotive) or related discipline • 大学英语四级证书，六级优先 CET-4 certification required, CET-6 certification is preferred • 有高度的主动性，团队合作精神和良好的诚信 Self-motivated/Teamwork/Integrity • 能够和跨部门跨国家跨时区的各功能团队密切配合 Able to interface with teams from different regions of the company, other nationalities/countries, time-zones. 申请职位 允许3个月内投递1个职位，请选择适合的职位进行投递
