岗位职责Roles & Responsibilities： • 跨部门沟通协调确保新项目交付Work with cross function team to coordinate the workstreams in delivery of new programs • 及时高效沟通确保项目方向清晰明确Communicate Program direction to ensure the whole team understands program direction • 确保项目管理与批准符合标准流程Ensure adherence to global program management and approval processes • 支持项目开发时间计划以及协调解决问题Support development of a program timing plan and facilitate resolution of issues • 支持项目开发过程中的采购和制造计划制定及执行Support the development of sourcing and manufacturing plans 任职要求Qualifications & Skills Required: • 学士学位及以上，机械/电子工程专业方向Bachelor or above, mechanical/electrical engineering • 商务英语流畅Fluent in both oral and written English • 具备汽车工程知识Good knowledge of Automotive Engineering • 个人技能Personality and Leadership Skills - 沟通技能突出Excellent communication skill - 正直诚信，团队合作Demonstrated initiative with integrity and teamwork orientation - 以客户为中心A “customer” mind-set 申请职位 允许3个月内投递1个职位，请选择适合的职位进行投递
