岗位职责Roles & Responsibilities： 1. 协助开展整车/座舱产品体验目标设定，参与梳理体验需求清单，支撑体验测例开发。 1. Assist in setting vehicle/cockpit product experience targets, help organize experience requirement lists, and support experience test case development. 2. 参与整车体验评估体系搭建与执行，协助完成实车体验评估、数据记录与报告输出。 2. Participate in building and executing the vehicle experience evaluation system; assist with in-vehicle experience evaluations, data recording, and report output. 3. 协助产品NPS问卷的发布、回收与数据分析，支撑问卷全流程运转。 3. Support the release, collection, and data analysis of product NPS surveys throughout the full process. 4. 收集、整理用户反馈、市场及竞品信息，协助产出用户/市场洞察结论，支撑产品决策。 4. Collect and organize user feedback, market and competitor information; assist in producing user/market insight conclusions to support product decisions. 5. 借助AI工具及数据分析方法，跟踪行业技术趋势与新品动态，协助新品发布看板及洞察数据库、研报资料的维护、归档与沉淀。 5. Use AI tools and data analysis methods to track industry technology trends and new product updates; help maintain the new product launch dashboard as well as organize, archive, and consolidate the insight database and research reports. 6. 协助撰写产品体验需求文档（PRD）及相关定义文档，配合跨部门沟通协调。 6. Assist in writing product experience requirement documents (PRD) and related definition documents, and support cross-department communication. 任职要求Qualifications & Skills Required: Education & major requirement 学历及专业要求 1. 本科及以上学历；数据分析、汽车工程、自动化、计算机、统计学等理工科相关专业优先，跨专业多学位优先。 2026 fresh graduate, bachelor's degree or above; majors in data analysis, automotive engineering, automation, computer science, statistics or other STEM-related fields preferred; multiple degrees across majors are a plus. 2. 对汽车产品及用户体验充满热情，具备用户思维，参与过用户调研/社会实践项目优先。 Passionate about automotive products and user experience, with a user-centric mindset; experience in user research or related projects preferred. 3. 具备数据分析能力，熟悉AI编程或其他统计方法（如Python/SQL/R等）。 Data analysis capability, familiar with AI programming or other statistical methods (e.g., Python/SQL/R). 4. 学习能力强，逻辑清晰，能够快速适应岗位要求，积极拥抱变化。 Strong learning ability and logical thinking, able to quickly adapt to job requirements and embrace change. 5. 具备良好的沟通表达与团队协作能力，做事细致、责任心强。 Good communication and teamwork skills, detail-oriented and responsible. 6. 具备英文读写能力。 English reading and writing skills. 申请职位 允许3个月内投递1个职位，请选择适合的职位进行投递
