岗位职责Roles & Responsibilities： • 负责整车车身结构、车身外饰、或者座舱座椅系统(座椅结构、舒适性、整椅系统)等整车部件的设计与开发，并负责相关领域的碰撞安全性能达成与新型材料的应用； Responsible for the design and development of vehicle components, such as body structure, body exterior parts, or cabin seating systems (including seat structure, seat assembly, seat comfort and system control. etc), ensure the delivery of crash safety performance and drive the application of advanced materials. • 与造型设计团队、人机工程团队、制造团队、市场团队等跨部门协同合作，创造兼具美观、舒适与实用性的产品方案，并确保符合全球安全法规及全球用户需求。 Collaborate with styling, ergonomics, manufacturing, marketing etc teams to create solutions that are visually appealing, comfortable, and practical, ensuring compliance with global safety regulations and meet global customer needs. • 负责从概念设计到量产的端到端开发过程，确保整车部件按时交付，并达成卓越的质量与成本目标。 Responsible for the end-to-end development process from concept to production, ensuring vehicle components are delivered on time and meet excellent quality and cost targets. • 主导供应商管理，推动先进技术落地，确保所开发部件的高质量与优越性能。 Lead supplier management, driving the implementation of advanced technologies to ensure the high quality and superior performance of developed components. • 与电气、底盘及制造等其他工程团队紧密协作，确保车身结构、外饰、座舱硬件系统与整车完美融合。 Work closely with other engineering teams (e.g., electrical, chassis, manufacturing etc) to ensure seamless integration of body structures, exteriors, seating hardware systems with the rest of the vehicle. • 负责产品的实验测试、质量验证和问题解决，确保所开发产品的长期耐用性与极致可靠性。 Responsible in testing, quality checks, and problem-solving to ensure the long-term durability and extreme reliability of the vehicle parts developed. 任职要求Qualifications & Skills Required: • 本科及以上学历，工程或设计相关专业，包括但不限于车辆工程、机械工程、材料科学、工业设计、电气或电子工程。 Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering or Design, including but not limited to Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Design, Electrical or Electronics Engineering. • 具备机械结构、材料特性或人机工程学的基础知识，对汽车硬件设计充满热情。 Basic understanding of mechanical structures, material properties, or ergonomics, with a strong passion for vehicle hardware design. • 熟悉计算机辅助设计（CAD）软件或三维/二维建模工具。 Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software or 3D/2D modelling tools. • 具备出色的逻辑分析、解决问题的能力以及对工程细节的敏锐关注。 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to engineering details. • 优秀的中文和英文书面及口语沟通能力，具备良好的跨部门团队合作精神。 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with a strong spirit of cross-functional teamwork. • 渴望学习汽车行业的前沿技术，拥抱创新，并乐于应对快速发展的行业挑战。 Eagerness to learn cutting-edge technologies in the automotive industry, embrace innovations, and adapt to challenges in a fast-paced environment. • 具备强烈的责任心和主人翁精神，面对挑战始终保持积极进取的解决问题态度。 Strong sense of ownership, with a proactive "can-do" attitude when facing challenges 申请职位 允许3个月内投递1个职位，请选择适合的职位进行投递
