岗位职责Roles & Responsibilities： • 跟踪分析零部件成本驱动因素，支持设计成本优化 Track and investigate commodity cost drivers to support design-to-cost optimization • 开展市场及竞品成本对标，识别成本改善机会 Benchmark market and competitor cost data to identify cost improvement opportunities • 协助组织成本评审会议，推动跨部门达成成本共识 Support cost-loop workshops to drive cross-functional alignment on cost decisions • 协助制定并跟踪零件/整车成本目标，确保按时达成 Assist in setting and tracking commodity/vehicle cost targets to ensure timely achievement • 善于利用数据分析成本，支撑团队决策 Good at leveraging data to analyze cost to support decision-making 任职要求Qualifications & Skills Required: • 学士学位及以上，机械/电子/材料工程专业方向Bachelor or above, mechanical/electrical/materials engineering • 商务英语流畅 Fluent in both oral and written English • 个人技能 Personality and Leadership Skills - 具备较强的逻辑分析与问题解决能力 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - 良好的组织能力，沟通技能突出 Good organizational skills &communication skills - 正直诚信，团队合作 Demonstrated initiative with integrity and teamwork orientation -以客户/成本效益为中心 A "customer" and cost-efficiency mind-set 申请职位 允许3个月内投递1个职位，请选择适合的职位进行投递
