岗位职责Roles & Responsibilities： • 支持新项目目标价设定和零件设计优化/变更的成本分析以及商务谈判。Support Program Target Setting and design efficiency/change cost analysis and commercial negotiation; • 完成现有项目的目标零件成本估算并且发掘零件降价的点子，支持相应的商务谈判。Complete the Targeted Estimates for TVM and provide cost reduction insight for current programs and support business negotiations where required; • 支持对标车型的零件拆解和成本估算，和工程团队合作完成对标分析和优化建议。Support Cost Estimates for Teardown benchmarking activities and closely work with PD on Design Gap Analysis; • 遵守成本估算开发的流程规范，确保成本估算在时间节点前高质量完成，支持福特中国和全球的业务发展。Control the quality of own cost estimates and process discipline, manage workload to meet the programs' timing plan to support China/Global business; • 搜集，整理，归纳相关成本基础数据，确保成本估算质量持续提升。Cost data collection/consolidation and database maintenance to continue improving the quality of estimates; • 根据部门需求进行的零件成本，技术等方面的特殊研究Special studies as required 任职要求Qualifications & Skills Required: • 拥有学士或硕士学位，且学业成绩优异。主修专业为自动化工程、工业工程、机械工程、电子或电气工程或材料科学与工程等。Bachelor’s or master’s Degree with excellent academic performance。 Major in, Automation Engineering, Industry Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or Electrical Engineering or Materials Science and Engineering. • 较强的分析思维能力，注重细节的问题解决能力，较强的沟通能力和团队合作能力。Strong analytical thinking, a detail oriented approach to problem solving, strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. • 能够影响自己的管理层和业务伙伴，促使他们做出正确的决策。Ability to influence your own management and business partners to make the right decisions • 积极主动地开展工作，以取得最佳成果。Take a proactive approach to your scope of work to deliver optimal results • 流利的英语说，写能力。Fluent in English, both speaking and writing 申请职位 允许3个月内投递1个职位，请选择适合的职位进行投递
