What we need you to do: Support end-to-end delivery of wind power and energy storage projects, covering production, shipment, site arrival, installation, commissioning, trial operation, grid connection, acceptance, and warranty follow-up； Coordinate with internal teams, logistics providers, contractors, and site stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery； Provide on-site technical support, including installation guidance, troubleshooting, defect follow-up, and issue closure, to ensure delivery quality and site readiness； Track project schedules, key milestones, risks, and improvement actions, and support the optimization of delivery plans across different business scenarios； Assist in managing project documentation, including delivery logs, commissioning reports, acceptance files, technical records, and handover packages, ensuring accuracy and traceability； Support client communication, site coordination meetings, and feedback follow-up to maintain smooth communication and improve customer satisfaction； Assist with contract execution, change tracking, payment milestone follow-up, and related document preparation to support project closure and cash collection； Contribute to safety management, site supervision, experience sharing, and continuous process improvement to enhance delivery efficiency and quality； What we expect from you: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, New Energy Engineering, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field； Strong interest in project delivery, field service, and the wind power or energy storage industry； Good communication, coordination, execution, and teamwork skills, with strong customer service awareness； Clear logical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to track issues and drive tasks to closure； Basic project management awareness, with the ability to identify risks, monitor progress, and support problem-solving； Willingness to travel frequently and work on project sites as needed； Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written, for daily work and professional documentation； Familiarity with mainstream large language models and Agent applications, with the ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and problem-solving； Preferred qualifications: Internship or project experience in wind power, energy storage, project delivery, field service, document control, or customer support； Proficiency in Excel and document management tools； familiarity with platforms such as SharePoint, Bluebeam, or similar systems is a plus； Familiarity with CAD tools, SCADA/EMS systems, or related technical documentation is a plus； Chinese language skills are preferred； Valid driver’s license is a plus； 申请职位 2027届应届生允许2026年06月01日至2027年12月31日内投递1次，请选择适合的职位进行投递 苏公网安备32028102001921号苏ICP备11057395号-8
