What we need you to do: Manage the full project lifecycle for wind, energy storage, and other new energy projects, from production scheduling and shipment to installation, commissioning, grid connection, handover, and warranty closeout； Deliver projects and O&M activities in line with contract requirements, ensuring targets for schedule, quality, cost, EHS, profitability, and cash collection are met； Develop project schedules, milestone plans, and progress tracking reports, and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders； Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, supervisors, and site resources to ensure efficient and compliant project execution； Review and oversee construction, lifting, commissioning, and grid-connection plans, and ensure on-site activities are executed safely and effectively； Identify, track, and mitigate project risks related to safety, quality, engineering changes, supply chain, permits, and execution； Manage on-site EHS activities, including hazard identification, safety inspections, incident reporting, corrective actions, and emergency response； Control engineering changes, site instructions, and project documentation to ensure proper approval flow, cost control, and record keeping； Work closely with internal teams such as design, procurement, finance, cost, and audit to resolve issues and keep projects on track； Maintain strong client relationships, respond to customer needs promptly, and improve overall customer satisfaction； Drive continuous improvement by providing feedback on products, software, delivery processes, and project management practices； Support digital and AI-enabled project management initiatives to improve workflow efficiency, documentation, and risk monitoring； What we expect from you: Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Engineering Management, or another related STEM field； Strong interest in engineering project management, with solid execution skills and the ability to work effectively on project sites； Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks； High sense of ownership, resilience under pressure, and adaptability to changing project environments, including overseas assignments； Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and process discipline； Good awareness of safety, quality, and risk management； Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written, for daily work and professional documentation； Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with mainstream large language models and Agent applications to improve work efficiency； Preferred qualifications: Internship or project experience in wind, energy storage, or other new energy project delivery, commissioning, site management, or O&M； Experience in contractor management, engineering change control, or project documentation； Valid driver’s license； Additional language skills such as French, Spanish, Arabic, or Mandarin； Experience studying or living in China, or fluency in Mandarin as a working language； Relevant site certifications such as first aid, working at heights, or electrician certificate； 申请职位 2027届应届生允许2026年06月01日至2027年12月31日内投递1次，请选择适合的职位进行投递 苏公网安备32028102001921号苏ICP备11057395号-8
