1．开展质子交换膜及碱性膜电解水膜电极的研发； 2．优选膜电极配方； 3．进行质子交换膜及碱性膜电解水装置的开发； 4．对膜电极各项电化学性能进行测试与分析，对膜电极性状进行表征； 5．根据膜电极的特性，对电堆的设计及运行条件进行指导。 1.Conduct research and development on membrane electrode assemblies (MEAs) for both proton exchange membrane (PEM) and anion exchange membrane (AEM) water electrolysis. 2.Optimize MEA formulations, including catalyst selection, ink preparation, and electrode architecture. 3.Develop PEM and AEM water electrolysis systems and components. 4.Perform comprehensive electrochemical testing and analysis of MEAs (e.g., polarization curves, impedance spectroscopy, durability tests), as well as physicochemical characterization (e.g., SEM, TEM, XRD, BET, etc.). 5.Guide stack design and operating condition optimization based on MEA performance characteristics. 岗位要求 1.博士学位，具备电化学、物理化学等专业背景或工程学位； 2.熟悉膜电极研发的工艺流程，熟悉膜电极的各项参数的电化学测试及相关表征； 3.熟悉质子交换膜及碱性膜电解水装置的结构，优选进行过相关装置开发的人员； 4.工作积极负责，热爱本职工作，具有较强的组织、计划、控制、沟通协调能力、创新能力、分析及解决问题的能力、抗压能力。 1.Ph.D. degree in Electrochemistry, Physical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related engineering discipline. 2.Familiar with the manufacturing process of membrane electrode assemblies (MEAs), as well as electrochemical testing and characterization methods for various MEA performance parameters. 3.Solid understanding of the structural design of PEM and AEM water electrolysis systems. Candidates with prior experience in developing such systems are strongly preferred. 4.Proactive, responsible, and passionate about the work. Possess strong abilities in organization, planning, coordination, communication, innovation, problem-solving, and analytical thinking, with the capacity to perform well under pressure.
