We strive to achieve full internationalization in capital, market, technology, talent and management, and keep strengthening the global layout of R&D, manufacturing, and service solution factories, to increase the operation and management capacity globally. 岗位职责 / Responsibilities 1. 负责候选人电话邀约工作，精准传达岗位信息、面试时间及流程，同步记录候选人反馈并及时同步至招聘团队。 Be responsible for candidate phone invitations, accurately communicate position information, interview time and process, record candidate feedback simultaneously and report to the recruitment team in a timely manner. 2. 协助开展简单岗位的招聘工作，包括简历初筛、候选人初步沟通，筛选符合岗位要求的候选人进入下一环节。 Assist in simple recruitment processes, including initial resume screening, preliminary communication with candidates, and selecting qualified candidates for the next stage. 3. 参与招聘流程的跟进与维护，及时回复候选人咨询，更新招聘系统内候选人信息及进展。 Participate in following up and maintaining the recruitment process, reply to candidate inquiries promptly, and update candidate information and progress in the recruitment system. 4. 协助准备面试相关材料，整理面试记录，配合团队完成招聘数据的统计与汇总。 Assist in preparing interview-related materials, organizing interview records, and supporting the team in collecting and compiling recruitment data. 5. 支持招聘团队日常行政事务，包括文件整理、会议协助等，保障团队招聘工作高效推进。 Support the recruitment team with daily administrative tasks, such as document sorting and meeting assistance, to ensure the efficient progress of the team's recruitment work.
