Fresh graduates with strong language proficiency and matching capabilities are acceptable. We welcome motivated candidates to submit their resumes. 岗位职责 Job Responsibilities 1.开发海外代理、海外直客（外贸商、跨境电商、工厂），拓展空运业务，重点开发欧洲、南美航线资源，建立长期稳定合作关系 Source and develop overseas agents and end customers (foreign traders, cross-border e-commerce, manufacturers) for air freight business, focus on Europe & South America lanes, build long-term partnership. 2.独立对接海外客户全英文沟通，接收询价、核算空运运价，输出有竞争力的物流方案，商务谈判、确认账期与服务条款 Communicate with overseas clients in English independently, handle inquiries, calculate air freight rates, propose competitive logistics solutions, conduct commercial negotiation on pricing, credit terms and service conditions. 3.跟踪空运市场运价、舱位动态，维护供应商资源，及时反馈市场行情 Monitor air freight market trends, space availability and airline rates , maintain carrier & supplier relationships, update market information timely. 4.订单全流程跟进：订舱、舱位协调、货物跟踪，协同操作、商务团队处理航班延误、清关异常等突发问题 Follow up shipments end-to-end: booking, space coordination, cargo tracking; cooperate with operation & commercial teams to resolve exceptions such as flight delay and customs issues. 5.完成公司下达销售指标，定期复盘客户台账、业绩报表，维护老客户，深挖复购及增量业务 Achieve assigned sales targets, maintain customer portfolio, drive repeat business and incremental revenue, submit regular sales reports. 任职要求 Job Requirements 1.本科及以上学历，国际经济与贸易、物流管理、英语相关专业优先 Bachelor’sdegree or above, major in International Trade, Logistics, English preferred. 2.2 年及以上空运货代海外销售经验优先，熟悉空运出口流程、IATA 基础规则，熟悉南美 / 欧洲航线优先 Minimum 2 years overseas sales experience in air freight forwarding. Familiar with export air freight workflow and basic IATA rules; experience in Europe / South America lanes is a strong plus. 3.英语流利，可独立英文邮件、WhatsApp/Teams 沟通，能独立海外商务谈判；西语/葡语优先 Proficient in English for email, WhatsApp and business negotiation; Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is preferred. 4.熟悉空运运价构成、航司渠道、舱位调配，对空运市场价格波动敏感，具备较强议价能力 Solid knowledge of air rate structure, airline channels and space allocation; sensitive to freight market fluctuation and strong in negotiation 5.目标感强，抗压能力好，擅长客户维护，具备良好的问题协调能力 Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work under pressure, good at customer relationship management and emergency coordination. 要求中英文简历投递至Recruit邮箱
