Responsibilities 1.Support the Shenzhen Director of Admission to develop, implement, evaluate, and continuously refine the Shenzhen campus’s strategy for finding, recruiting, accepting, and matriculating best-fit students from Shenzhen and greater China. 2.Build and maintain communication and relationships with all key internal and external partners including feeder schools, professional organizations, counselors, consultants, families, and others as necessary to support the recruitment of an exceptional class of students for entry. 3.Manage a geographic territory for recruitment as defined by the Shenzhen Director of Admission, including travel activities, workshops, presentations, interview assignments, fairs, school and consultant visits. 4.Maintain and use accurate data related to all work and territory management to write summary reports and recommend future actions. 5.Conduct interviews and group information sessions in our Shenzhen Parent Information Center with prospective students, parents, and other interested parties. 6.Support the Shenzhen campus in evaluating applications for admission and participate in all committee selection processes. 7.Perform other duties as assigned by the Shenzhen Director of Admission Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess: Personal Attributes: 1.
