Responsibilities： 1. User communication and maintenance: Maintain daily communication with overseas users through in-platform chat and community channels (WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.), answer user questions, and increase user activity and stickiness; 2. Translation and content localization: Assist in English translation and localization polishing of product copy, campaign notifications, community announcements, and other content; 3. User feedback collection and organization: Collect user feedback on product features and campaign experience, conduct preliminary organization, and share it with the operations and product teams; 4.
