The Opportunity We are offering a trainee position for individuals eager to establish a long-term career in commercial real estate. You will receive hands-on training, guidance and exposure to different areas of our business, with a focus on commercial property management. What You'll Learn As a trainee, you will gain practical experience across our business, including: • Commercial property management and administration. • Property inspections and maintenance coordination. • Tenant and landlord communication. • Commercial leases and tenancy administration. • Understanding the Townsville commercial property market. • Marketing, sales, leasing and business development.
