What You'll Be Doing: • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience. • Supporting our dynamic sales teams by assisting with negotiations, closing deals and maximizing every opportunity. • Presenting and offering finance & insurance options through our trusted partners, ensuring information provided to customers is clear, accurate and compelling. • Manage end-to-end processing of vehicle loans (from application to settlement). • Consistently achieving finance and insurance sales targets and budgets. • Proactively following up on leads and customer inquiries with enthusiasm and speed. • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure strict compliance with all lender, regulatory and dealership requirements. What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience in Automotive Finance & Insurance or Automotive Sales, with a genuine interest in developing a career in F&I. • A genuine passion for our products and a strong sales focus, with the motivation and drive to achieve and exceed targets. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, connect with customers and establish trust. • A customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and accuracy in documentation. • A self-motivated, goal-driven team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with lender platforms, compliance, and end-to-end finance deal structuring is highly regarded, but is not essential.
