Hervey Bay Auto Group Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused Trainee Sales Consultant to join our team in Maryborough, Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in automotive sales as part of our growing business and be involved in the opening of our brand-new Maryborough showroom, set to open soon. Working alongside an experienced sales manager, you'll receive comprehensive training and mentoring while learning all aspects of the vehicle sales process. As the Fraser Coast's largest automotive dealership group, we proudly represent 14 leading brands including Hyundai, Ford, Suzuki, Chery, Subaru, LDV, Renault, Deepal, Foton, BYD, and a large range of quality used vehicles. Whether you're coming from retail, hospitality, customer service, or another customer-focused industry, we'll provide the training and support needed to build a successful career in automotive sales. What You'll Be Doing • Assisting customers throughout their vehicle purchasing journey • Learning how to understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options • Supporting vehicle demonstrations and presentations • Building strong customer relationships through outstanding service • Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up activities • Developing product knowledge across our extensive range of vehicle brands • Learning dealership sales processes and systems • Assisting with showroom presentation and vehicle displays • Working collaboratively with the wider dealership team • Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities
