About the role As a Trainee Early Childhood Educator, you will be supported by experienced mentors while studying towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent). You'll learn hands-on in a nurturing environment where play, curiosity, and exploration are at the heart of everything we do. Location: Please note that we are recruiting for trainees at • Torrens Early Learning centre (in Torrens - south of Woden), • Urambi Early Learning Centre (in Kambah - near Tuggeranong); and • Majura Park Childcare Centre (in Majura Park). Key responsibilities • Support children's learning through play-based experiences • Be a positive role model and encourage children's confidence and wellbeing • Help create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment • Work as part of a supportive and passionate team • Build meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues
