Job Title: Management Trainee 管理培训生 (Manager Track) Designation: Back-of-House/Culinary F&B Management Job Level: Junior/Entry Level Location: Singapore Salary: $3,700/month Working days: 5-6 days a week Overall Job Objectives: As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to provide you with exposure to various aspects of the business. You will gain hands-on experience in key operational functions and receive mentorship from senior leaders. This role is intended for individuals with high potential who are eager to develop management and leadership skills, aiming for future leadership positions or on a Managerial Track. Key duties and responsibilities: • Participate in comprehensive kitchen training across multiple stations and concepts • Support daily kitchen operations including food preparation, hygiene checks, and quality control • Assist in cooking and plating Korean dishes, especially Samgyetang and grilled specialties • Learn inventory handling, ordering, and stock receiving procedures • Coordinate with front-of-house team for smooth service execution • Understand and maintain HACCP and food safety standards • Track kitchen costs, monitor portioning, and reduce food waste • Contribute ideas for menu planning and kitchen efficiency • Take part in staff coordination and training of junior kitchen crew • Support Head Chef in shift supervision, vendor management, and kitchen audits Role qualifications: • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Marketing, or any related field preferred. • Candidates without experience are welcome to apply! • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a business operational fast-paced environment. • Customer-oriented, strong teamwork spirit with leadership potential.
