Role and Responsibilities Mission 1: AI / AGENT、DATA与BUSINESS PROCESS（约70%） - 与业务团队沟通，了解实际工作流程、痛点及人工操作，识别可通过Agent / AI与Data进行简化、替代或优化的机会。 - 参与Agent及自动化场景的设计、配置、测试、上线和持续优化。 - 参与企业级Agent生命周期管理，包括Owner、发布、权限、文档、维护、版本、复用及交接。 - 协助将有效的个人或团队Agent逐步沉淀为可治理、可复用的公司能力，并探索不同Agent之间的数据、服务和能力调用。 - 参与数据整理、分析、BI及数据应用，理解数据来源和业务定义，并推动Data与业务流程及Agent应用的连接。 Mission 2: CORE IT能力培养（约30%） - 在有经验的IT同事指导下，参与Business Application、系统集成、Infrastructure、Security及其他Core IT项目。 - 学习完整的IT项目交付流程，包括需求梳理、方案讨论、风险评估、测试、上线及上线后支持。 - 逐步理解Security、Access Control、Architecture、Data Privacy、Compliance、系统稳定性及长期可维护性。 - 参与供应商管理及China与Global IT团队的协作，逐步建立IT判断力和风险意识。 Profile As an inclusive employer, we favor skills, backgrounds, experiences, and ideas.
