About the role We're looking for a motivated, organised Operations Assistant to join our depot office team. This is an entry-level role - no container or logistics experience needed - and it's a great fit for someone early in their career who's reliable, good with detail and keen to learn. You'll be fully trained on the job and supported day-to-day by our Operations Co-ordinator. For the right person it's a genuine opportunity to build a career in operations and logistics with a stable, established WA business. Key responsibilities • Managing the Container Control inbox and responding to enquiries accurately and on time • Entering and maintaining container data across our systems (full training provided) • Keeping stock reports and records up to date, and running the daily stock reconciliation • Processing daily container movements and helping with monthly customer invoicing • Supporting the yard team and Transport Co-ordinator with day-to-day administration • General depot administration
