The Role The Department Manager in Training role offers a clear pathway from 3rd in Charge through to Department Manager and will provide all the necessary training for you to feel confident in the role. You would be responsible for supporting with the day-to-day operations of the department, providing excellent customer service, recommending key lines or promotions to our customers, as well as supporting the Department Manager with coaching and leading the team.
