The Opportunity Working alongside experienced engineers and project teams, you will gain exposure to a broad range of engineering, project administration and site-based responsibilities. This role is designed to provide a strong foundation in the industry, with ongoing development and the opportunity to progress into a Site Engineer position. Key Responsibilities • Providing administrative and project support to the engineering team. • Assisting with payroll processing, timesheets and associated documentation. • Supporting the preparation and coordination of tenders and project submissions. • Maintaining project records, documentation and reporting. • Assisting with site-based activities and day-to-day project coordination. • Liaising with site personnel, subcontractors and internal stakeholders. • Learning construction processes, project delivery requirements and site management practices. • Working closely with senior engineers to develop the technical and practical skills required to progress into a Site Engineer role.

About You We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised and keen to learn, with a genuine interest in building a career in civil construction. To be considered, you will need: • A recently completed degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Construction Management. • To have completed your degree within the last six months. • Australian permanent residency or Australian citizenship. • Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills. • A positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to take direction. • Good attention to detail and confidence working across both office-based and site-based tasks. • A genuine desire to develop your career and progress into a Site Engineer position. No extensive industry experience is required — this opportunity is ideal for a graduate ready to put their studies into practice and learn from experienced professionals.
