About the role We are seeking energetic, detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineers / Project Assistants to support our growing construction project operations in Malaysia. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or junior professionals looking to gain hands-on technical and administrative experience within an international project environment. Key responsibilities • Assist the Project Manager and Engineering team with day-to-day project operations, document control, and site coordination. • Prepare and organize technical submittals, progress reports, meeting minutes, and official correspondence. • Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow on-site. • Perform site inspections, measurements, and quality monitoring under supervision. • Support project administrative and technical documentation as required.

About you • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related technical discipline. • Fresh Graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience. • Good command of English (written & spoken) as a primary working language. • Proficiency in Chinese (written & spoken) is required to coordinate with internal teams and project stakeholders. • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage. • Self-motivated, willing to learn, and ready to grow alongside the project team.
