JD • Support daily EC content and material management, including sorting, filing, and optimizing brand official visuals, campaign assets, and KOS/social content; maintain standardized brand content asset library for omnichannel reuse. • Assist routine store operation checking, campaign material review, content quality control, and on-page asset verification for social platforms. • Collect basic operation data, weekly recap materials, and support post-campaign review. • Manage daily admin work including document filing, meeting minutes, process follow-up, and internal data collation. • Serve as cross-functional coordinator: align demands with Marketing, Merchandising teams; follow up deliverables from external agency partners. • Support Global & local alignment: sort local market materials, translate documents, synchronize China content updates to headquarters, and ensure consistent brand content standards. Requirement • Bachelor student majoring in Marketing, E-commerce, New Media, Business English or related fields. • Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to manage multi-task and follow project deadlines steadily. • Good communication skills for cross-team and vendor coordination. • Proficient in Office tools; fluent in English reading and writing is preferred. • Luxury brand or e-commerce internship experience is a plus.
