Your responsibilities will include: • Prospecting and generating new business opportunities • Building relationships with buyers, sellers and local residents • Assisting with property appraisals and listing presentations • Conducting open homes and following up with prospective buyers • Managing buyer enquiries and maintaining client relationships • Assisting with property marketing campaigns and sales negotiations • Developing your knowledge of the Upper Hunter property market • Learning how to win listings, negotiate deals and achieve sales targets

ABOUT YOU • Current Certificate of Registration and real estate licence are essential • A genuine passion for property and a desire to build a career in sales • Confident communication and relationship-building skills • A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic • Motivated by targets, results and achieving goals • Professional, organised and eager to learn • A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle • Previous real estate sales experience will be highly regarded We’re looking for someone who is hungry to learn, keen to succeed and ready to put in the work to build a successful career in real estate sales.
