You’ll plan, launch and optimize campaigns across Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Baidu and beyond — where every yuan you spend can be explained, measured, and improved. 作为效果营销管培生，你专注于效果营销领域。你花的每一分钱都有回响——在小红书、抖音、百度等平台上操盘真金白银的预算，通过数据驱动持续优化，让广告转化效率不断爬升。 Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责 • Run real budgets on Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Baidu — not simulations, but live campaigns where clients are waiting on results / 在小红书、抖音、百度等平台操盘广告投放策略制定、执行与优化——不是模拟盘，是客户真的在等结果 • Master platform backends: refine creatives, rewrite copy, sharpen targeting, and watch conversion rates climb / 精通各平台广告后台操作，调素材、改文案、优化定向，看着转化率在你手里一点点爬上去 • Produce performance reports that don’t just describe the past — they decide tomorrow’s move / 分析广告数据，产出效果分析报告，用昨天的数字决定今天的动作 • Track platform policy shifts and industry trends; adjust before the market catches up / 紧盯平台规则变化和行业风向，比别人早半步调整打法 • Rotate through Performance → Data & Insights → Strategy to master the science of performance / 轮岗贯穿 Performance → Data & Insights → Strategy，成为最懂"效果"的人 Requirements / 任职要求 • 2027 graduate (bachelor’s or above) marketing or advertising majors preferred / 2027 届本科及以上，市场营销、广告学等相关专业优先 • Genuine fascination with Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Baidu — ideally a heavy user who asks why you can’t stop scrolling / 对小红书、抖音、百度等平台有浓厚兴趣——你最好是重度用户，且好奇它为什么让你停不下来 • Solid data analysis skills and fluent Excel / 数据分析能力扎实，Excel 用得顺手 • Creative, curious, and a fast learner — in this field, three months is a whole new generation / 有创造力、好奇心强、学东西快（这个领域三个月就是一代版本） • Clear communicator and team player: you’ll talk to data people, creatives, and clients, often in the same hour / 沟通清晰、团队协作好——你要同时跟数据、创意和客户三种人说话
