岗位职责：About this opportunity: Join the BNEW RTE RP RD1 ALG Algorithm team and contribute to the development of advanced RF algorithms for next-generation Ericsson base station radio products. In this role, you will work at the intersection of digital signal processing, wireless communication, RF hardware, and software implementation. You will gain hands-on experience in developing and simulating RF DFE, calibration, DPD, PIMC, and antenna-array algorithms, and in applying them to improve the performance, efficiency, and reliability of commercial radio solutions. What you will do: Development and simulation of RF DFE (Digital Front-End) algorithm chains for base station radio units; Design and simulation of RF calibration algorithms (transceiver calibration, array/antenna calibration for AAS/Massive MIMO); Development and simulation of DPD/PIMC algorithm chains for high-power base station PAs; Participate in resolving RF performance issues encountered in the lab / field on base station products (e.g., ACLR, EVM, power efficiency, and DPD/PIMC convergence issues). 任职要求：The skills you bring: Proficiency in DPD/PIMC algorithm design and debugging for base station power amplifiers preferred; Proficiency in radio DPD/PIMC algorithm and functionality development and debugging,preference given to candidates with hands-on DPD debugging and design experience. Proficiency in digital IF (intermediate frequency) processing algorithms preferred; Familiarity with base station RF chain architecture, with a solid understanding of PA; related design or debugging experience is a plus; Familiarity with one or more of the following wireless communication protocols and standards: NR/LTE/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/NB-IoT/GSM; relevant RF link-budget experience for base stations is a plus.
