PEEngineer / 电气工艺工程师 （Process Engineer） Location: Wuxi Requirements: • Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering and Automatization. 本科及以上学历，电气工程及其自动化专业。 • Prefer with air conditioning products knowledge. 最好具备空调产品知识。 Tasks and Responsibilities: • Core Work responsible for the compilation, verification, update and version control of all process documents. Mainly include working instructions, wiring list, harness opening list, workshop layout drawing, tooling schematic diagram and harness process documents. 【核心主责】负责电气作业指导文件的编写、验证、更新及版本管控，包含 WI、接线表、开线表、产品 电气布局图、工装原理图绘制、布线工艺文件以及生产过程控制记录卡，为生产提供工艺作业标 准，以及创建、维护 SAP 中 PBOM 物料清单以及工艺路线； • motion study, material handling, utilization study, process analysis and line balance. 动作研究、搬运分析、移动研究、工艺分析以及线 体平衡。 • Maintenance of production bill of materials. 生产材料单(P-BOM)的日常维护、更新与校对，保证物料清单准确、同步、可落地。 • Responsible for daily process record sorting, filling, review and maintenance, ensure process records are complete, standardized and traceable. 负责各类工艺记录的日常整理、填报、审核 与维护工作，保证工艺记录完整规范、可追溯。 • Design and make testing, assembly tools, jigs, equipment and facilities to fulfill production requirement. 根据生产需要，设计、制作、申请采购并验收测试工具、装配工具和夹具、制造设 备及工厂设施。 • Responsible for prototype manufacture with coordination to related department. 与公司相关部门协调负责样机制造。 • Complete the other tasks arranged by the manager. 完成上级安排的其他任务。
