【岗位职责】 - Support TikTok Shop campaigns in the North American market. - Identify, recruit, and manage creator partnerships across multiple categories. - Conduct influencer outreach and maintain creator relationships. - Assist with affiliate invitations, product seeding, and product-link setup. - Track content delivery and campaign performance. - Monitor TikTok trends and analyze viral content. - Break down top-performing videos to identify successful hooks, content structures, and conversion tactics. - Support campaign reporting and provide content recommendations. 【任职要求】 - Passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce. - Active TikTok user with a strong understanding of platform trends. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to analyze viral content and identify growth opportunities. - Fluent in English; Chinese is a plus. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. - Available for an internship of at least 6 months.
