We are seeking scientist to strengthen our Antibody-Oligonucleotide Conjugate (AOC) platform group, supporting programs in CNS, rare disease, and metabolic disorders. Scientist – AOC Platform (PhD Level) Role Summary We are seeking a PhD-level Scientist with a strong academic research background and publication record in CNS, rare disease, or metabolic disease biology. Prior oligotherapeutics experience is not required; strong learning agility and scientific curiosity are essential. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-quality in vitro and in vivo studies supporting AOC discovery programs Rapidly learn oligotherapeutics and AOC-related technologies through hands-on research Generate and analyze robust biological data to support target validation and mechanism of action Collaborate closely with senior scientists and cross-functional teams Contribute to scientific publications, internal reports, and platform development efforts Qualifications PhD in biology, neuroscience, pharmacology, or a related discipline Strong publication and research track record Expertise in CNS, rare disease, and/or metabolic disease biology Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt quickly in a team environment High scientific curiosity, rigor, and collaborative mindset
