【职位描述】 岗位职责： 1、负责根据客户需求和项目要求，负责绘制施工图图纸，并进行设计和修改； 2、负责根据项目进度和要求，按时完成设计任务，确保图纸质量和工作效率； 3、负责与相关部门和客户进行有效的沟通和协调，确保项目进展顺利； 4、负责协助施工现场管理人员，对现场出现的技术问题提供解决办法或优化建议； 5、负责项目施工阶段及时跟进工地，了解工地上出现的一些问题并解决，配合现场做变更； 6、完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。 1. Create detailed shop drawings, and design and modify them according to client needs and project requirements. 2. Complete design tasks on time based on project schedules and requirements, ensuring both drawing quality and work efficiency. 3. Communicate and coordinate effectively with relevant departments and clients to ensure smooth project progress. 4. Assist construction site managers by providing solutions or optimization suggestions for technical issues on site. 5. During the construction phase, regularly follow up on the construction site, identify and resolve issues, and cooperate with on-site changes. 6. Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors promptly and efficiently. 岗位要求： 1、 大专及以上学历在读，设计类、工程类等相关专业； 2、 熟练掌握制图设计软件；熟悉制图标准及规范，了解建筑工程相关标准和规范； 3、熟悉各种施工工艺及施工流程，能快速准确绘制平，立面图及节点大样图； 4、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与客户和相关部门进行有效的沟通和协调； 5、具备较强的学习能力和自我提升意识，能够不断更新设计理念和技术水平； 6、具备较强的抗压能力，能够在高强度的工作环境下保持良好的工作状态和积极的工作态度； 7、可实习3个月以上优先，实习表现优秀者有机会留用。 1. Currently pursuing a junior college degree or above, majoring in Design, Engineering or related fields. 2. Proficient in drafting design software. Familiar with drafting standards, norms, and relevant construction engineering standards and regulations. 3. Familiar with various construction techniques and processes, and able to quickly and accurately draw floor plans, elevation drawings, and detail drawings. 4. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, capable of effective communication and coordination with clients and relevant departments. 5. Strong learning ability and self-improvement awareness, able to continuously update design concepts and technical skills. 6. Strong stress resistance, able to maintain good work performance and a positive attitude in a high-pressure work environment. 7. Preference will be given to candidates able to intern for 3+ months.
