【职位描述】 岗位职责： "The Commercial Management Trainee Program is a specialized recruitment and development initiative aimed at cultivating commercial talents. Participants will be assigned to core teams such as Business Development, Customer Success, Marketing, and Financial Institution Partnerships, and are expected to grow into key business contributors and frontline leaders. During the training period, trainees will be based at headquarters for intensive rotation and hands-on business practice, enhancing their professional capability, execution, and leadership.
