● Participate in various corporate finance transactions, including offshore IPOs, M&A and refinancing activities ● Develop financial models and conduct valuation and financial analyses ● Perform due diligence, market research, and other relevant analyses ● Prepare and review proposals and transaction-related documents ● Prepare listing documents and draft announcements and circulars ● Liaise with external professional parties and communicate with relevant regulatory authorities, such as the SFC, Hong- Kong Stock Exchange, CSRC, and SEC across various projects ● Maintain client relationships and coordinate with ECM, DCM, Sales, and Research departments ● Work with senior bankers, other departments, and regional offices to secure potential clients and source deals; and ● Provide support to strategic business development initiatives 1、参与各项企业融资业务，包括境外IPO、M&A以及再融资业务； 2、协助搭建财务模型，参与企业估值和财务分析； 3、参与尽调、市场调研及相关分析工作； 4、协助准备及审阅方案和交易文件； 5、协助准备上市相关文件，参与起草公告和通函； 6、与外部机构协调，与相关监管部门沟通，包括香港证监会、联交所、中国证监会、美国证监会等； 7、参与客户关系管理工作，与ECM、DCM、销售及投研部门开展协作； 8、协助部门上级、其他部门以及地区的业务团队对潜在客户及项目进行发掘； 9、支持协助业务战略拓展。

● Full-time Master’s and PhD candidates graduating between January 2026 and Summer 2027; ● Master’s Degree or above in Finance or a related discipline ● Relevant corporate finance internship experience at a reputable investment bank or within a legal, advisory, or financial environment ● Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills ● Fluency in both English and Mandarin 1、面向2026年1月至2027年夏季毕业的全日制硕士研究生及以上学历应届生； 2、金融及相关专业背景； 3、曾在大型投行或法律、咨询、财务等机构有过企业融资相关实习经历； 4、具备良好的分析能力、人际沟通技巧和表达能力； 5、中英文读写流利。
