● Under the guidance of the investment manager, conduct research on various securities including stocks, ETF funds, commodities, etc.; perform in-depth analysis of the fundamentals, market trends, and risk characteristics of underlying assets; form recommendations on investment targets based on research findings to support investment decision-making. ● Assist the investment manager in tracking macroeconomic indicators, industry policies, and financial market developments; promptly identify key variables and potential opportunities that may impact investment strategies. ● Assist in driving innovation in business models, and develop and design new products and structures. ● Assist in completing post-investment tracking work. 1、在投资经理指导下，开展股票、ETF基金、商品等各类证券品种的研究，深入分析标的基本面、市场趋势及风险特征，基于研究成果形成投资标的推荐建议，为投资决策提供支撑； 2、协助投资经理跟踪宏观经济指标、行业政策及金融市场动态，及时捕捉对投资策略有影响的关键变量与潜在机会； 3、协助推动业务模式的创新，开发设计新产品新结构； 4、协助完成投后跟踪工作。

● Full-time Master’s and PhD candidates graduating between January 2026 and Summer 2027; ● Master's degree or above​ from a full-time program at a key university, preferably in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Engineering, or related fields. ● Solid foundational knowledge of financial markets, with an understanding of the pricing logic and market characteristics of asset classes such as equities, fixed income, and derivatives. ● Strong logical thinking, data sensitivity, and written communication skills; a high sense of responsibility and the ability to efficiently complete tasks in a team-oriented environment. 1、面向2026年1月至2027年夏季毕业的全日制硕士研究生及以上学历应届生；重点大学统招硕士研究生及以上学历，金融、经济、数学、统计、金融工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的金融市场基础知识，了解股票、债券、衍生品等品类的定价逻辑与市场特性； 3、具有较强的逻辑思维、数据敏感性及文字表达能力，责任心强，能高效完成团队协作任务。
