● Our graduate program provides the candidates the opportunity to learn and build up their risk management knowledge and experience in financial sector. The candidates will have exposure on our business operations, which equips them with updated knowledge and all-round skill set including product knowledge, market and business understanding, regulations and soft skills to help them attain new levels of professionalism. ● Prepare and coordinate risk reports to the business units and senior management; ● Participate in the development of risk policies and standards, and continually seek to improve the risk methodologies and processes; ● Support risk analysis on new product approval and engage with different stakeholders in new product implementation; ● Perform additional duties and support different risk areas such as market, credit, operational and liquidity risk when required.

● Full-time Master’s and PhD candidates graduating between January 2026 and Summer 2027; ● Degree holder in Risk Management, Finance, Data Science or related disciple(s); ● Relevant risk management or front line/back office internship experience with reputable banks/investment banks/brokerage house/fund house; ● Preferable with CFA / FRM exam passed; ● Preferable with computer language skills such as VBA, Python, R, SAS etc., ● Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills; ● Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
