● Report to Head of Legal and Compliance or designated senior supervisor of L&C, provide legal and compliance support to the company and business units, ensure adherence to applicable legal and regulatory requirements. ● Keep abreast of the change of legal and regulatory landscapes of financial market, provide updates to the company stakeholders, and assist to prepare compliance training material. ● Assist in the day-to-day compliance operations involving brokerage, asset management and corporate finance business. ● Flag out legal and compliance risk issues and propose pertinent solutions based on rules, company policy and facts. ● Assist in compliance monitoring, testing and internal reviews of regulatory matters. ● Assist in the development and testing of compliance surveillance system, tools and applications. ● Handling general administrative and ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

● Full-time Master’s and PhD candidates graduating between January 2026 and Summer 2027. ● University graduates majoring in fields in law, finance, accounting, business or related disciplines preferred. ● Knowledge of rules and regulations of Hong Kong and international financial industry and its practices is preferred. Relevant internship experiences in law firm, audit firm and financial institutions preferred. ● Ability to use analytical and generative AI tools and coding skills would be a plus. ● High sense of responsibilities and detailed oriented. ● Self-motivated and strong determination to complete the assigned tasks with high quality. ● Strong interpersonal, analytical and presentation /advocacy skills. ● Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
