职位描述： 1、协同区域销售团队，研究、打和、转化需求，建立属地化需求研究转化能力，协同产品线快速制定产品解决方案； 2、统筹区域研发资源，开展区域核心竞品的竞争力深度对标和用户场景研究，建立海外产品精准定义能力； 3、区域在售产品体验和竞争力迭代响应，识别区域产品机会，结合产品线资源，推动区域产品布局和投放节奏优化； 4、支持区域营销活动策划和产品培训，保障产品亮点在区域传播一致性，收集用户体验抱怨并横展解决。 任职资格： 1、车辆工程、工业设计、市场营销等相关专业； 2、有汽车行业相关实习经验，或参与过产品创新、设计思维项目者优先； 3、 熟悉市场分析工具（如 SPSS）、设计工具（如 Figma, Sketch）或数据分析工具； 4、 英语口语可作为工作语言；有辅修西班牙语，葡萄牙语，俄语等小语种优先。 Position Description: 1. Collaborate with regional sales teams to research, align and convert demands, build localized demand research and conversion capabilities, and work with product lines to quickly develop product solutions; 2. Coordinate regional R&D resources to conduct in-depth competitive benchmarking of key regional competitors and user scenario research, and build overseas product precise definition capabilities; 3. Respond to experience and competitiveness iterations of products sold in the region, identify regional product opportunities, and promote regional product layout and launch rhythm optimization in combination with product line resources; 4. Support regional marketing event planning and product training, ensure consistent communication of product highlights in the region, collect user experience complaints and roll out solutions horizontally. Qualifications: 1. Majors in Vehicle Engineering, Industrial Design, Marketing or related fields; 2. Relevant internship experience in the automotive industry, or participation in product innovation or design thinking projects is preferred; 3. Familiar with market analysis tools (such as SPSS), design tools (such as Figma, Sketch) or data analysis tools; 4.
