The company is one of the drafting organizations for China’s industry standards for chicken essence and chicken powder, and Totole chicken essence holds a leading position in the national market. As a Technical Management Trainee at Totole, you will embark on a 24-month accelerated development journey designed to fast-track your growth and prepare you for future leadership opportunities in Technical & Production. Through intensive onboarding, frontline sales and factory experience, and structured rotations across key technical and manufacturing functions, you will gain valuable exposure to product innovation, manufacturing operations, quality management, and engineering excellence while contributing to initiatives that support business growth and operational performance. What You Will Do 1. Complete structured rotations across key technical functions include factory through a personalized development roadmap. 2. Gain hands-on experience in product development, manufacturing, quality, engineering, and technical operations. 3. Participate in innovation, process optimization, and continuous improvement projects. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams while building technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and business acumen. What You Will Gain 1. Requirements We are looking for candidates who: Hold a Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Manufacturing, or other related disciplines, graduating in 2026 or 2027, or with 1 year or less of work experience. Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. Have a solid technical foundation and a genuine interest in manufacturing, engineering, operations, and technology-driven innovation. Are passionate about learning, adaptable to new challenges, and eager to accelerate their personal and professional growth. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, teams, and manufacturing sites. Show initiative, resilience, accountability, and the ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments. Are willing to be assigned to different locations and manufacturing sites as part of the development journey. Are fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
