Job Responsibilities: 1. Provide overseas post-sales technical support for cloud products, including technical consultations and troubleshooting. 2. Assist the sales team in providing professional technical solutions and support to customers to enhance customer satisfaction. 3. Collect customer requirements and product issues, and promptly feed back to the product and research teams to promote product improvements and optimizations. 4. Maintain and develop customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. 岗位职责： 1. 负责云产品的海外售后技术支持，包括技术咨询、故障排查等； 2. 协助销售团队为客户提供专业的技术方案和技术支持； 3. 收集客户需求和产品问题，及时向产研团队反馈，推动产品改进和优化； 4. 维护和发展客户关系，提高客户满意度。

Requirements: 1. No specific major required; preference will be given to candidates with a major in Computer Science or a related field. 2. Excellent oral and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with overseas technical personnel. 3. Strong communication skills and customer service awareness, with the ability to respond quickly to customer needs and resolve issues. 4. Able to adapt to short-term business trips abroad, including but not limited to Hong Kong, Macau, Southeast Asia, Europe, and America. 5. Strong learning ability and team collaboration spirit, capable of self-learning and improving their own skills. 任职要求： 1.专业不限，计算机相关专业优先； 2.出色的英语口语和书面表达能力，能够与海外技术人员无障碍交流； 3.具有良好的沟通技巧和客户服务意识，能够快速响应客户需求并解决问题； 4.适应海外国家短期出差，包括并不限于东南亚、欧美等国家； 5.具备较强的学习能力和团队协作精神，能够自主学习并提高自身能力。
